Founder

Emma Armytage, Director of First Call HR, set up HR Resource Pack after realising that many small businesses were risking employment law issues by not providing staff with the legally compliant paperwork that was required. This then expanded to additional add-on packs which support business with people issues in a cost effective and employer friendly manner.

With a Masters degree in employment law, over 15 years’ experience; Emma is passionate about the role of HR in helping businesses to work with staff to build strong and effective relationships. Emma is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

When not busy Emma loves nothing more than relaxing with a bar of chocolate and a good crime novel. She gives a full disclaimer that nothing learnt from these books will be used in day to day work
